the financial benefit

a wealth manager,
without the wealth.

Pilar gives every one of your employees the tools, clarity and insights to be their own private wealth manager.

They get a clear view of their money. You get a workforce that stays focused. Paid by you, private from you.

the problem

money is the top cause of stress at work and at home.

And no one is really solving it.

for your people

They know they should be doing something about their money. They just don't know what.

Their bank sells them products.

Their friends' advice conflicts.

Spreadsheets die by month two.

Finfluencers are on their phones 24/7.

Wealth managers are for the 1%.

So they do nothing.
And the stress compounds.

for your organization

You know financial stress is costing you — in focus, retention, and morale.

But every "solution" is a course they forget,

an app that feels dated,

a boring blog,

a payday loan pretending to be a benefit.

None of them move the metric.

So you do nothing.
And the stress compounds.

this is why we built pilar.

for employers

what you see. what you don't.

Pilar gives you exactly what you need to measure the benefit — and nothing that would let you look into an individual life.

Pilar is built through partnership with leading academic researchers.

Nothing about your employees' experience is guesswork.

01

Designed by professionals

Every calculation Pilar shows you is deterministic — built and reviewed by CFAs, not generated by a model. Every chapter is written by finance professionals and reviewed by academics. This isn't a limitation. It's a choice.

Pilar shows you the data and teaches you how to read it. The decisions stay yours.

02

Tested with real users

Every design decision comes from what we've watched real users actually do. In private beta, users who had never invested opened their first brokerage account within three months. Users who had never contributed to a pension made their first contribution. Users who dreaded checking their bank account started looking forward to their monthly review.

We're now expanding these results into structured research partnerships with academic institutions in Europe.

03

Independent by structure, not by promise

Your employer pays one flat fee per employee. Pilar takes no commissions from any bank, broker, insurer, or fund. Pilar sells no affiliate products and pushes no upgrades. Every piece of education, every insight, every number you see was chosen for one reason: it's what we use.

what beta users are telling us.

We've been in private beta since May 2026. These are some of the reactions we didn't script.

"I've been telling my whole family: why have you never invested before? Do you know about compounding?"

Lena

kindergarten teacher, Germany

"How did I not know this before? How do we never get taught this?"

Sanne

pharma sales, Netherlands

"I was scared to open my bank account before. Now I'm actually looking forward to my end-of-month statement."

Javier

ophthalmologist, Spain

"This is exactly what my wife and I need to decide what mortgage we can afford. When can we sign up?"

about

why pilar exists.

Pilar is born out of hard conversations.

Friends losing half their savings on a triple-leverage ETF a finfluencer recommended. Friends worrying about their pensions and not knowing where to start. Our parents' generation asking us how to invest their savings for the first time, or what to do with an inheritance they weren't ready for. Our grandparents being mis-sold funds they didn't understand and didn't need, paying 5% in annual fees. My own grandmother signing a personal credit at over 18% APR to pay for a small home reform.

These are difficult conversations we've all had over the last few years. Every one of them shares the same root: educated, capable adults who were never taught how any of this actually works.

I worked for ten years at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan trading credit markets, and spent an hour every weekend tracking my own finances in a spreadsheet. About a year ago I realized how many of my friends had quietly been asking me for help - which ETF is better, what to do with a year-end bonus, whether to rent or buy. They were surprisingly open about their money worries. And surprisingly lost about where to get answers.

Pilar means "pillar" in Spanish - the building blocks I wanted to teach so anyone could set their own foundation in personal finance and build their own strategy on top.

But Pilar was also the name of my late grandmother, who without knowing it lit the spark for this whole thing.
